- Do no attempt to view this on a standard or "High-Definition" television as the result may be less than desirable or unpredictable.

- All computers are not equal, if you are having problems, try another computer.
- Playing the DVD at "Full Screen" can reduce the 3D quality and requires more processing power, try making the "Media Player" smaller.
- The "Hihg-Definition" disk has been made to exceed the performance beyond the standards of a regular DVD, therefore, your computer may not have the necessary requirements.
- The Windows "Vista" operating system requires more power and can create memory problems. You can try reallocating your ram or adding a video card.
- Try adjusting the "Brightness" and "Contrast" settings.
